Zoom on AJPrint line, a plastic film coating, one or two sides, specially conceived for resistance in laser printer drying ovens.

AJprint is a PET (polyester) coated film over one or two sides. This plastic film coating provides users with the advantages of matte or glossy coated paper and of the sturdiness of plastic, which means it can be used outside. It stands up to extreme climate conditions (rain, snow, UV rays). It doesn’t tear, and can stand up to handling. It is easy to print on and can accommodate laser copier prints.

Standard AJprint line, coated on one or two sides

The standard AJprint line, coated on one or two sides, comes in the following thicknesses: 50µ, 75µ, 100µ, 125µ, 175µ, which you can find in rolls and sheets. It comes in matte and opaque white (tracing film), neutral base, or mass stained.

AJprint Applications

AJprint accommodates printing as on coated paper. It is specially designed for resistance in laser printer drying ovens, up to 180°. It can easily accommodate digital printing, UV offset, and UV flex. Its coating is made in our facilities, by a very modern coating machine, which creates a perfect print. Colors stay vibrant over time.

Ideal for laser copier printing

AJprint accommodates laser copier printing. It is made for easy handling and can be perforated, folded, and cut. It is resistant to grease, water, tearing, and high temperatures up to 180°. This is the best product for industrial label printers, food labels, IML, dry labels, and safety labels. It is also perfect for other applications, including posters, road maps, menus, high quality commercial and promotional documents, and POS. This film is also used by industrial designers and architects over tracing paper.

AJprint can replace traditional paper when it has reached its resistance capacity or has heat constraints.
